• Rooms available from 2pm on day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 12 noon.
  Access to the sole uno wellness world is open to you on the day of arrival and departure. You can leave your luggage at the reception during this time.

• Prices include generous breakfast buffet.
• Half board: CHF 48 supplement per person per day for four-course menu (lunch or dinner) incl. mineral water and coffee in our pavillion.
• Full board: CHF 84 supplement per person per day for four-course menu (lunch and dinner) incl. mineral water and coffee in our pavillion.
• Special dietary needs can be catered on request and our menus can be adapted to accommodate food intolerances and allergies.

• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Smokers are welcome to use the smoking room in the Park Café.

• All major credit cards accepted, EC Card, Postcard and 50% WIR.
• We also accept foreign currencies.

Tourist tax of CHF 2.85 per person per night is charged separately.

• At least 48 hrs. prior to arrival: no charge.
• 24-48 hrs. before arrival: 50% of room cost.
• Less than 24 hrs. before arrival as well as early departure: full room cost.

All our rooms, except 3 junior suites are equipped with 2 single beds. On request we can make the double bed into a grand bed.
Please indicate this request directly at the time of reservation.

Three of our Junior Suites are equipped with a box spring bed from GRAND SONNENBERG BEDS®.

Topper, mattress and box - three layers of bed that transform your sleep into an oasis of well-being. The beds of the Swiss company Sonnenberg are handmade from certified natural materials. First-class wood from the foothills of the Alps, horsehair, wool that warms and cools, depending on what is needed. High quality Swedish pocket springs, which give firm and even support to the body, so that it has better blood circulation. Start the day rested, refreshed and full of energy.

• Three bed supplement CHF 105.
• For children aged 2-12 yrs. the charge is CHF 40 per day.

A range of different pillows is available, from feather and down, to synthetic, allergen-free, Tempur, millet, Polymoove and breastfeeding pillows as well as different mattress hardness.

We will be happy to prepare an unforgettable reception for you or assist you with a special request. You are sure to find a suitable souvenir for your loved ones at home among our gift accessories. Dogs are welcome at the hotel. A charge of CHF 20 per day will apply. Please bring your own basket, bedding and towels for your dog.
Dogs are permitted in the Park Café and Bellerive restaurants but are not allowed in the dining room/pavilion.

Free outside parking for the duration of your stay.
